Our community paralegals screen community cases affecting the general population and follow due process, involving pro-bono lawyers where needed. This module aims to reduce HIV-related stigma and discrimination and ensure a human rights-based approach to HIV.
A total of 6 Paralegal Officers and 2 Pro Bono Advocates are engaged by the program to cascade the interventions. They offer legal support to PLHIV through Legal Aid Clinics and Know Your Rights Campaigns (KYRC).
